Company History

Westin Hills, Corp. was founded in 2005 by Jeremy Peterson who is a Florida State Certified General Contractor. After working in the construction industry for more than two decades, Jeremy decided it was time to go out on his own. With so many years of “hands on” construction experience, Jeremy provides a unique perspective to his clients that encompasses not only construction quality but also livability, functionality and marketability.

One of Jeremy’s passions is using his abilities to give back to the community. He has had the opportunity to work with a local Non-Profit agency for several years, constructing homeless shelters and low-income homes for those less fortunate in our community, through which he has experienced the process of government grants. Four of these projects have received “Platinum” scoring from Florida Green Building Coalition and certifications for Energy Star for Homes.
